Advertising sales are closed and all exhibit spaces have been sold, but you can promote your products or services by serving as a Host for the Behavior Analyst Trivia Night Fundraiser. Click the Fundraiser tab for details about this unique and exciting opportunity!

Many thanks to those who have purchased advertising at the convention. Please see the important information that follows and the descriptions below for reminders about what is included in your purchases. 

Purchasers of exhibits: Please scroll down to the Exhibitor's Kit at the bottom of this page and download the essential instructions for ordering electrical and other services at your exhibit, shipping materials, and managing your exhibit on site. 

Purchasers of wraps and signs: Watch for an email with instructions for submitting your artwork to FedEx Office at the Marriott Marquis. 

Sponsorship Packages

Platinum Sponsor - $3,000 
Includes one skirted and clothed 6 ft. × 30 in. exhibit table, two chairs, and 5 ft. of space behind the table for all 3 days of the convention; full convention registrations for 3 individuals; acknowledgements on the convention webpage, signage in registration area, and in program guide; and a full-page ad inside the program guide. An additional exhibit table may be purchased for $200. Ads may be upgraded for additional fees as follows:

Gold Sponsor$2,000
Includes one skirted and clothed 6 ft. × 30 in. exhibit table, two chairs, and 5 ft. of space behind the exhibit table for all 3 days of the convention; full convention registrations for 2 individuals; acknowledgments on the convention webpage, signage in registration area, and in program guide; and a ½-page ad in program guide. An additional exhibit table may be purchased for $200. Ads may be upgraded for additional fees as follows:

Silver Sponsor - $1,500
Includes one skirted and clothed 6 ft. × 30 in. exhibit table, two chairs, and 5 ft. of space behind the exhibit table for all 3 days of the convention; full convention registration for 1 individual; acknowledgments on the convention webpage, signage in registration area, and in program guide; and a ¼-page ad in the program guide. An additional exhibit table maybe purchased for $200. Ads may be upgraded for additional fees as follows:

Exhibitor

Exhibit for all 3 days of the convention. Each exhibit purchase includes

  • one skirted and clothed 6 ft. × 30 in. table with 5 ft of space behind the table for a standing display (no more than 6 ft wide; must be provided by the exhibitor) and two chairs
  • 100-word description with the exhibitor listing in the convention program guide
  • Full convention registration for one individual (see notes above). 

Exhibit Area

All convention events except the Friday reception will be on the Atrium level of the hotel. As shown in the diagram below, all exhibits will be in the Atrium Foyer, adjacent to the Atrium Ballroom where keynote addresses, the Saturday luncheon, and some breakout sessions will be held, and near escalators and elevators. Convention registration and several breakout rooms will be in an area to the left in the diagram below; two breakout rooms will be to the right. The diagram comports with Fire Marshal regulations and hotel rules.

Atrium Ballroom - Keynote Addresses


Social Event Host

Advertise your brand while helping to underwrite the Friday evening reception (6:00 - 8:00 pm; open to all convention registrants) and/or Saturday luncheon and roundtable discussions (12:00 - 1:30 pm; open to registrants who purchase tickets. Maximum attendance: 350).

These options to not include convention registration. Individuals who work the host tables must register (via the Register tab above).

Reception Host - $600 
Includes a table at the reception on which you may display materials and acknowledgements on signage at the reception and in the program guide.

Luncheon Host - $400
Includes a table at the luncheon on which you may display materials, two tickets to the luncheon, and acknowledgments on signage at the luncheon and in the program guide.

Other Advertising

These options for advertising your brand do not include convention registration. Everyone who attends the convention must register (via the Register tab above). 

Atrium Ballroom Vertical Face Sign 
A 33 square foot sign on a vertical pillar outside the Atrium Ballroom, facing the exhibit area. Fee includes creation and installation of the sign by FedEx Office.

Elevator Door Wrap 
A wrap covering the door of one of the elevators that goes to the convention area. Fee includes creation and installation of the 25 square foot wrap by FedEx Office.

Elevator Window Sign 
A 17 square foot sign on a window of an elevator that goes to the convention area. Fee includes creation and installation of the sign by FedEx Office.

Atrium Escalator Panel Wrap 
A double-sided wrap (103 square feet per side) covering a panel on the main escalator into the convention area. Fee includes creation and installation of the wrap by FedEx Office.

Ads in Program Guide

These options do not include convention registration. Everyone who attends the convention must register (via the Register tab above).

All ads in the printed program guide are color. Dimensions are: ¼ page (4.25" wide x 5.5" high); 1/2 page (8.5" wide x 5.5" high); full page (8.5" wide x 11" high).

Please make a note of the ad dimensions. Camera-ready ads (JPEG or PDF, no bleed) in the specified dimensions must be submitted to operations@apbahome.net no later than March 11, 2019.


NOTE: APBA's mission is to promote and advance the practice of applied behavior analysis (ABA). Advertisements and exhibits at the convention must be consistent with that mission and with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board's Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts.

Payment and Cancellation

Payment must be received by March 8, 2018.  Cancellations must be made in writing to operations@apbahome.net and are subject to a $25 administrative fee if received by March 11, 2019.  Refunds will not be provided after that date.
