Sponsorship Packages*

Platinum Sponsor - $4,000 
Includes one skirted and clothed 6 ft. × 30 in. exhibit table*, two chairs, and 5 ft. of space behind the table for all 3 days of the convention; full convention registrations for 3 individuals; acknowledgements on the convention webpage, signage in registration area, and in program guide; and a full-page ad inside the program guide. An additional exhibit table may be purchased for $300. Ad may be upgraded for additional fees as follows:

Gold Sponsor$2,500
Includes one skirted and clothed 6 ft. × 30 in. exhibit table*, two chairs, and 5 ft. of space behind the exhibit table for all 3 days of the convention; full convention registrations for 2 individuals; acknowledgments on the convention webpage, signage in registration area, and in program guide; and a ½-page ad in program guide. An additional exhibit table may be purchased for $300. Ad may be upgraded for additional fees as follows:

Silver Sponsor - $1,750
Includes one skirted and clothed 6 ft. × 30 in. exhibit table*, two chairs, and 5 ft. of space behind the exhibit table for all 3 days of the convention; full convention registration for 1 individual; acknowledgments on the convention webpage, signage in registration area, and in program guide; and a ¼-page ad in the program guide. An additional exhibit table maybe purchased for $300. Ad may be upgraded for additional fees as follows:
- 1/2 page: $75
- Full page: $180

Exhibitor*

Exhibit for all 3 days of the convention (set up evening of March 25; tear down 5 pm March 28). Each exhibit purchase includes

  • one skirted and clothed 6 ft. × 30 in. table with 5 ft of space behind the table for a standing display (no more than 6 ft wide; must be provided by the exhibitor) and two chairs
  • 100-word description with the exhibitor listing in the convention program guide
  • Full convention registration for one individual. 

     APBA Affiliate organization (nonprofit state, provincial, regional, or national behavior analysis association or other scholarly/scientific nonprofit only -- see https://www.apbahome.net/page/affiliates) - $350

     University - $350

     Regular (ABA service agencies, other businesses)  - $650

     Additional table - $300

     Additional exhibitor-only registration - $150 per individual

Exhibit Area

Many convention events will be in the Plaza Building Concourse level of the hotel. All exhibits will be in the Plaza Foyer, adjacent to the Plaza Ballroom where keynote addresses, the Saturday luncheon, and some breakout sessions will be held. Convention registration as well as the Friday evening reception and poster session will also be in the Plaza Foyer.

Social Event Host

Advertise your brand while helping to underwrite the Friday evening reception and poster session (6:00 - 8:00 pm; open to all convention registrants) and/or Saturday luncheon and roundtable discussions (12:00 - 1:30 pm; open to registrants who purchase tickets).

These options to not include convention registration. Individuals who work the host tables must register for the convention.

Reception Host - $600 
Includes a table at the reception on which you may display materials and acknowledgements on signage at the reception and in the program guide.

Luncheon Host - $400
Includes a table at the luncheon on which you may display materials, two tickets to the luncheon, and acknowledgments on signage at the luncheon and in the program guide.

Graphics in Main Convention Area

        Elevator doors (2 doors per set) - $1,000/set (6 sets available). Get great visibility by advertising on the doors of the elevators into the Plaza Concourse, where most convention events will occur. Click here to see an image and dimensions. 

        Wall graphic (set of 3 panels) - $2,700 (1 available). Own the space surrounding a large doorway between the exhibit and registration area and access to some breakout rooms and the elevators. See the image and dimensions   here. 

        Charging station graphic - $4,000 (1 available). Be the sole advertiser on the large wall at the charging station in the exhibit area -- image and dimensions here

Ads in Program Guide

         Inside front cover - $750 (1 only)

         Inside back cover - $600 (1 only)

         Outside back cover - $900 (1 only)

         Full page inside - $300

         1/2 page - $150

         1/4 page - $75  

These options do not include convention registration. Everyone who attends the convention must register (via the Register tab above).

All ads in the printed program guide are color. Dimensions are: ¼ page (4.25" wide x 5.5" high); 1/2 page (8.5" wide x 5.5" high); full page (8.5" wide x 11" high).

Please make a note of the ad dimensions. Camera-ready ads (JPEG or PDF, no bleed) in the specified dimensions must be submitted to operations@apbahome.net no later than February 25, 2020.


NOTE: APBA's mission is to promote and advance the practice of applied behavior analysis (ABA). Advertisements and exhibits at the convention must be consistent with that mission, APBA's advertising policy, and the Behavior Analyst Certification Board's Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts.

Payment and Cancellation

Payment must be received by February 25, 2020. Cancellations must be made in writing to operations@apbahome.net and are subject to a $50 administrative fee if received by March 1, 2020.  Refunds will not be provided for cancellations after that date.
