Angelica "Nikki" Gray is a licensed and board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA) with over a decade of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Since founding their own ABA organization in 2011, she has successfully expanded to two locations, where her team provides individualized, evidence-based interventions for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

In addition to overseeing operations of her organization, Nikki is the founder of a consulting company that offers continuing education, training, mentorship, and supervision to other professionals in the ABA field.
