August Journal Club with Dr. Richard Foxx
Event Details
Foxx, R. M. (1996). Translating the covenant: The behavior analyst as ambassador and translator. The Behavior Analyst, 19, 147-161.
It is critical for practicing behavior analysts to remain in contact with the scholarly literature. In fact, behavior analysts who are certified and/or licensed likely have an ethical obligation and requirement to maintain their skills and knowledge and to accrue continuing education hours. Despite that, finding time to connect with research and other important scholarly work can be a significant challenge for professionals. APBA to the rescue! Our monthly Journal Club highlights peer-reviewed works relevant to your professional activities. Articles are presented by at least one of the article’s authors and give you a chance to ask questions about the article and how to put strategies into practice. These meetings will not be available for on-demand purchase after the fact. Individuals registered for the live event who have a last minute scheduling conflict or who loose connection during the live event must email Kiel@apbahome.net within 2 days after the event date to request access to a recording (the recording must be viewed and CEU questions completed within 30 days).
