Please use this form to apply to be considered for a position as a 2025 APBA Convention Volunteer in Dallas. We will have set up shifts on the afternoon of Tuesday, March 25 and workshops on Wednesday, March 26 as well as shifts on conference days (Thursday the 27th and Friday the 28th). Please complete your availability to the best of our ability. In early January 2025, volunteer applicants will be notified and assigned per their application and references. Requirements:
- Current Member of APBA and active member during Convention 2025
- Complete and submit volunteer application by January 17, 2025.
- Share 1-3 references in application
- Attend 1 virtual volunteer training and 1 in person training (onsite of convention)
- Each volunteer must submit their own application
- Be willing to work a minimum of 2 shifts total (there are 2 shifts per day — AM and PM)
Volunteer accountability:
- Mandatory online training (live or recorded with quiz)
- Mandatory onsite training
- Must sign in and out of shift with leadership, submit volunteer “time card” at end of volunteer service.
- All volunteers will work 1-2 registration and/or swag shop shifts
Volunteer Perks:
- 3 shifts – 50% Convention registration, includes CEUs
- 4 shifts – 75% off registration, includes CEUs
- 5 shifts or more – 100% off registration, includes CEUs
- APBA 2025 Convention t-shirt
- Attend presentations and earn CEUs during majority of shifts
